AddinMedia is built on Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 and base on their next-generation technology in Windows Presentation Foundation thus providing much much better performance in graphic and video rendering compare to Windows Form.

AddinMedia also take advantage of the AddIns technology make available since .Net 3.5 for our plugins applications. It means for developer with working knowledge can pretty much hop in and get started without needing to learn or know anything more. As for those with C# knowledge, the transistion is just about reading up some basic information on .NET AddIns. There is no need to learn another scripting language and would probably take you less then an hour to get started.
