Right now, major overseas study destinations have opened their borders, and overseas colleges and universities have fully resumed offline teaching. Meanwhile, The National Health Commission of China fully release its epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 restrictions since January 8, 2023, further supporting international travelling and pursuing international studies.
In order to effectively protect the interests of overseas students and maintain educational equity, the Ministry of Education Service Center of China has decided to cancel the special certification rules during the epidemic which allows diploma earned through online programs.
